<What to expect>
A cozy clothes swap in a super cute venue located near Shinjuku station. We also hope we can chat, share some snacks and learn about the impact of fashion. To close, we will have a little eco ‘Secret Santa’.

<SWAP details and rules>
This time we will be swapping ONLY autumn and winter clothes.
You can swap clothes, accessories, bags, and small home items. Please bring items that are in good condition and that look good, the rule of thumb is to bring items that you yourself would like to get.
We thank you in advance for your efforts in finding clothes that will be appreciated by others.
PREPARE & WASH your clothes before the event, items in bad condition such as having smells, rips, or stains will not be accepted.
BRING up to 10 pieces of clothing per person (no limit on small accessories)
TAKE as many items as you want!
*Leftover clothes and shoes will be donated to Furugidewakuchin NPO, but you must take back large items and some accessories.
<Eco Secret Santa>
Please bring a lovely present for the swapping time at the end of each slot. The present doesn't have to be completely new, just please keep in mind it should be something you'd like to give to your friends. Please wrap it if possible to make things fun! (preferably without plastic)

Private Rental space
10-minute walk from JR Shinjuku
The exact location will be shared via email with the participants who registered.
<RSVP cancelation policy>
No refunds for online tickets. Please let us know if you will not come by Friday 12/3 at the latest. Thanks in advance.
<Covid-19 Prevention>
To keep everyone safe, we will be having social distance in the venue, the windows will be open, and the number of attendants will be limited.
-On the day of the event, we will check your temperature. Those with a temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher will not be admitted. In addition, please wear a mask at all times.
-Don’t come if you are feeling unwell.
-Disinfect and wash your clothes to swap thoroughly.

クリスマスの洋服交換会に遊びに来てください♪
<こう言うイベントはどんな感じですか？＞
新宿駅近くのスーパーキュートな会場で、居心地の良い洋服の交換会を開催します。おしゃべりしたり、お菓子を食べたりしながら、ファッションの影響について学んでいきたいと思います。最後には、エコ・シークレット・サンタが開催します。

<交換会のルール、やり方など>
交換できる物：冬服、アクセサリー、小物など
＊エコバッグ・マイカップを持参ください。
＊状態の良い服を持参ください。（状態の悪いアイテムは受け付けません）
＊持ち込み点数はおひとり10点までとさせていただきます。持ち帰りは無制限。
＊余った物は神奈川県にあるNPOに寄付をしますが、大きくて送れないものはお持ち帰りをお願いする場合がございます。
交換するプレゼントになる素敵な何か(新品でないもの)。できれば、プレゼント用にラッピングして頂ければ幸いです。

<コロナ対策>
ご来場時に検温へのご協力をお願いいたします。37.5度以上の方は入場をお断りいたします。
また滞在中はご来場の際は、マスクの着用をお願いいたします。
手洗いや備え付けの消毒液のご使用、咳エチケットのご協力をお願いいたします。
発熱、咳などの症状がある場合は、体調を最優先いただき、ご来場を控えていただきますようお願いいたします。
